Contract summary: 
Unlimited access for all authorized users to the full-text subscription contents of Taylor & Francis. Possibility to publish in hybrid journals for all corresponding authors across Taylor & Francis ejournals.
Who is eligible: 
To be eligible for funding, the corresponding author must be based at a participating institution within the CLC consortium.

The Organisation acknowledges that all Qualifying Articles will be made available under a Creative Commons Licence. Qualifying Authors will have the option to choose between a CC BY, CC BY-NC or CC BY-NC-ND licence, if offered by the journal to which the article has been submitted, the latest versions of which can be found at https://creativecommons.org/licenses.
Recommendations: 
A set limit to the number of articles that will be published open access per year of this partnership has already been decided. If this limit is reached before the end of the year, open access publication under this agreement will be paused before resuming at the beginning of the next year. Please be aware that your article may not be published open access under this agreement if the limit has already been reached for your article’s publication year.
Type of eligible articles: 
The article will need to be accepted for publication after 1 January 2022.
