Contract summary:
Unlimited access for all authorized users to the full-text subscription content of the Freedom Collection of Elsevier Publisher. Corresponding authors affiliated with participating Cyprus Libraries Consortium (CLC) institutions may publish open access in any of Elsevier's hybrid journals (subscription-based journals which offer an open access option) at no cost to the author.
Contract period:
The term of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030
Eligible journal:
All hybrid journals that are included in the Freedom Collection
License:
Under the terms of this agreement, authors can choose between a commercial (CC BY) or non-commercial (CC BY-NC-ND / CC BY-NC) license. The license choice is dependent on the journal selected. As a CUT Library, we recommend the CC BY license.
